I met with Stephanie Anderson for a previous photo shoot and we decided to get together again to do a more fashion themed shoot.
Here are some of my favorite photos, including BTS of the MUA's work:

Photoshoot At the Park with S. Anderson Photography

Hey guys!
So last week I had a super fun shoot with S. Anderson Photography
We decided to meet in London town at Springbank Park for a "Longboard" themed shoot. I thought that since I absolutely love to longboard, how fun would it be to mix modeling & longboarding together?!
Both the photographer and I had never been to Springbank before, and we had no idea it was SO big! After an adventurous hour and a half after our planned time we finally found each other and started shooting. First we started at the East Entrance that had some cool hedge ball things (not really sure what they were) and got some cool shots!

 My personal favorite:

Then we took this cute lil' bridge down to some walkways that run through the whole park. I spotted this cool wall of Rushes ( I believe) and we decided to take some photos alongside it.

And then I decided to get in it, haha! You wouldn't believe how many odd and strange looks we got as people were running, biking, or just walking by.

I am also so in love with these gnarly willow trees we found. I have no idea why it's growing all this extra growth, but there was atleast 5 of them and all super cool!
And I climbed it! This photo is great because it doesn't capture the mild panic/fear I was experiencing as I'm touching spider webs and a trillion daddy-long-legs are scurrying everywhere (EEK!)
Next we took this little trail down to the river, and opted for some beautiful river shots.

Kept this one in because look at all the colors in my hair!!
After a very muddy climb back up, we kept walking til we found a cool old wooden fence.

And from there walked onto Blackfriars Street Bridge for our last shots :)

 This is my "thinking" face

Thats all! Hope you enjoyed this shoot, I look forward to the next one! Amazing how any location can be a great one with the right photographer. Stephanie was a really sweet  & funny photographer and I look forward to my next shoot with her! :)

Photoshoot With Angelo Mañalacac

Hello lovely people!
So last week I had a fun trip to the big ole' city of Toronto for a photo-shoot!
I got up pretty early Tuesday morning and packed my small little suitcase filled with various outfits for the shoot and heading to the train station, eagerly & not-so-eagerly enjoying the 3 hour ride to Toronto. When I got to Union Station I instantly felt so lost haha. I kinda meandered around for a while waiting for the photographer who said he was going to be a bit late. I had an hour to kill so I decided to make my way down to Ripley's Aquarium. It was so cool to wander through the aquarium and though I am 20 years old, I am positive I was just as excited (if not more) as the little kids were to see the jellyfish and the sting rays floating around. One stingray even touched my hand!
When I met the photographer we sat and had a little chat about locations for the shoot & decided to just be random and spontaneous and use whatever came our way. Angelo was such a great photographer and person. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, and not a tad bit awkward to be shooting with a stranger I'd never met before.
So first off we headed down to the St. Laurence Market and snapped a few shots inside. And just a fair warning, I could not stop laughing through the entire photo-shoot so prepare for some giggly images! :)
Embarrassed about how goofy I am.
So I switched into my second outfit, a white dress with a studded leather jacket and criss-cross high heels. Since I am very fond of flowers, we tried to incorporate them into the shoot.

(by the way, I am totally in love with my leather jacket)

After that we were walking around and found this cute little stairwell, it said "no-trespassing" but hey YOLO ;)

I had noticed this cute hotel with lovely pillars & lights and so we mosied on down that way. It was really hard trying to get a good shot without so many people trying to walk by. That's just the craziness of Toronto I guess!

Forever dancing to my own rhythm.
Since we had done quite a few shots already it was time for an outfit change! And personally, this is my favorite outfit!
Lets be bad-asses!
 Cute happy ones, haha!

After these hilarious and goofy photos it was time for another outfit top change.

There was this group of old people sitting on the benches across from me, and they kept staring at me awkwardly so I awkwardly stared back and started to laugh.

and then some faux furrrrrrrr hehe! I love my faux fur coat!

So super sassy, I love it!
Then time for one last top change. This was my 'funniest' outfit haha, I am such a total goofball, and these photos are the proof. I love doing photo-shoots, but I mean if you can have fun while doing it, whats the point? Incorporate professionalism and fun and love what you do :)

He told me to stand "over there" and I was supposed to stand beside this tree, but I thought this was too funny to pass up!

Clearly, a goofball (and proud of it!)! I hope you enjoyed this set, it was a ton of fun to shoot and a great adventure! I would totally recommend working with Angelo Mañalacac, he is super fun!

Til next time!
